ACMS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Good morning, please stand as we recite the Pledge of Allegiance....
Today is an "A" day, and these are your announcements for November 20th:
Results of the food drive will be announced during resource today. Thank you to those students and staff members who contributed to the food drive.
The following groups will meet today:
- Concert Choir during resource in the Band Room
- Robotics from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. in Room 214 and good luck to both of the Robotics teams as they compete in regional competition tomorrow at Marquette High School
ATTENTION SKIERS, TUBERS AND SNOWBOARDERS: There will be an informational Ski Club meeting today during resource in the choir room. If you have never skied before..no fear...lessons will be available for beginner skiers and snowboarders. If you do not want to ski or snowboard, you can tube or try-out the new mini-luge at Sunburst. All students are encouraged to join Ski Club.
Our girls 8th grade red basketball team defeated West Bend yesterday 24-3 and improved their record 5-0 for the season. The team was led by Miranda Kozlik who scored 8 points and Jordan Blaser and Kelly Landry scoring 5 points each. The real story was the Pirate defense that held Badger scoreless in the second half. Our girls 8th grade black basketball played their best game of the season and defeated Slinger yesterday 41-8. The team was led by Jennifer Gohlke who scored 10 points and Courtney Stanczak scoring 7 points. Congratulations to both teams.
Happy birthday wishes are extended to Joshua Moore, Cody Bieser and Lucy Miller.
The lunch menu today is cheese pizza or assorted deli sandwiches.
