YEARBOOKS
Those who purchased the yearbook for school year 2008-2009 will be able to pick them up at registration August 20th and 21st, 2009. The reason the yearbook is not printed prior to the end of the school year - we include senior picnic, spring and summer sports and graduation. This gives you a complete yearbook and everyone is happy! Graduating seniors: you will be sent a reminder card to pick yours up or have someone else get yours.
ATTENDANCE CALL IN
Please keep in mind that calls made to the attendance line (ext. 6017) may not be checked until after 8:30 AM on a school day. Due to the high volume of calls to the office from 7:00 AM until the first block starts at 8:17 AM, it is difficult to listen to all messages prior to the start of the school day. Thank you for your patience!
WORK PERMITS
Work permits may be purchased in the high school office during normal school hours when school is in session. Students will need a letter from the employer with their address, phone number, type of business, student job title and hours of work. We are also required to have written permission from the students parent or guardian giving them permission to work at the business.

Students are also required to have their ORIGINAL birth certificate, drivers license or original baptismal certificate, as well as their ORIGINAL social security card. COPIES OF ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cost of the permit is $5. Completed permits MAY NOT be available for pick up until the following day. If the office isn't open and you need a permit, La Casa in Waukesha also provides them - call 547-0887.

NEW ON-LINE FOOD SERVICE PAYMENT OPTION AVAILABLE
The Pewaukee School District is pleased to introduce a new program called e-Funds for Schools. This program offers various options for parents/guardians who choose to make payments on-line and is extremely user friendly. Initially you will have the ability to have lunch payments electronically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card. You will also have the flexibility to make a payment at any time through the school's website. The "e~Funds For Schools" electronic payment service is provided to the school by a third party service provider. The service provider Charges a fee for their service. This plan applies a $1.00 transaction fee to each electronic payment you make. For payments made by credit card, there is an added convenience fee of 1.99% of the payment. The system also carries a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charge of $15. When you set up your account, please review your options carefully.
You are in full control of your account and can make a payment at any time that is convenient for you. No payments will be allowed without your knowledge and authorization through this secure payment system. By providing your home and/or work email address, an email notification informing you of the student's name, purpose of the payment, and the amount of the item will be sent to you each time that a payment is to be processed. The e-Funds For School site is secure and uses industry standard data encryption. The district does not request or keep records of family checking or credit card account information.

IMPORTANT‼ When you enter the site for the first time to register your account, rather than entering your child's lunch ID number, you will have to enter your home phone number. The number needs to be entered in the following format: (xxx) xxx-xxxx. The registration process will not work if the exact format is not used.

Payments made using this process will normally be posted to your child's account by noon of the business day following the transaction.

Please note that this is an optional service offered as a convenience to the families of the Pewaukee School District. If you are interested in using this option, please go to the district website pewaukee.k12.wi.us and click on Highlights on the left side, then Online payments. We hope you find this option easy to use and efficient.
