| REGISTRATION PACKETS |
|
Registration Packets will be mailed sometime during the end of July, or early August, so please call if you do not receive yours and you are expecting your child to attend Horizon in the fall.
Within that packet you will find many forms that need to be turned in at or by the REGISTRATION DATE of AUGUST 18TH. If you cannot make it to the Registration Fair, you can simply mail your forms back to Horizon School, or drop them off in person anytime before that date.
School pictures for the yearbook will be taken at the registration fair. There will also be a make-up picture day during the fall semester as well. We hope all of our student are having a great summer!

When calling in your child for attendance, you will get a recorded message asking you for the following:
1) Students Name
2) Their homeroom teacher
3) Reason for absence (listing symptoms & diagnosis if ill)
4) Whether or not you'd like to request homework
*Reminder that homework requests must be made before the school day begins and are not available for pick up until after the school day ends.
The School Secretary, Mrs. Pellegrini, will be available at x3011 if you need to speek to somebody directly.

If you ordered a School Supply Pack, it will be available for pick up on August 18th at the Registration Fair!

| HORIZON SCHOOL SUMMER SECRETARY HOURS |
|
The Horizon building will be open from 8am - noon most week days in the summer, except for Friday, July 30th and Friday, August 6th.
Starting August 9th, we will be open from 8am - 4pm until the school year begins on September 1st.
Important Dates to Remember:
Wednesday, August 18th - REGISTRATION FAIR, 11am - 7pm
Monday August 30th, OPEN HOUSE, 4-6pm
Wednesday, September 1st - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
