| PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES COMING UP |

PHS will be holding Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday night, November 12th, 2009 from 4 to 7 PM in the cafeteria and first floor classrooms and again on Friday, November 13th, 2009 in teacher classrooms from Noon - 3:30 PM. First quarter report cards will be handed out during conferences to parents/guardian.

It's time to place your Holiday Spiritwear Order! The PHS Booster Club is taking orders for Christmas gift giving through Friday, November 13th. All brand new items this year! Delivery of all ordered items will be Thursday, December 17th. Pick up an order form in the PHS office or visit the phsboosterclub.com website to print one today! Come on out and "Boost the Pirate Treasures" on Saturday, November 14, 2009 for the annual dinner, dance and auction sponsored by your PHS Booster Club.
Please join us for the 3rd annual Booster Club Dinner Dance as we continue the excellence of PHS through enriching student activities. It's a great chance to socialize with Pirate parents, friends, and coaches in a "dress casual" setting while supporting a great cause - our students!

| PARENT ADVISORY MEETING DATE |

The next Parent Advisory meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 3:30 PM in room 203 of the high school. All interested parties are encouraged to attend!

| WORK PERMITS |
|
Work permits may be purchased in the high school office during normal school hours when school is in session. Students will need a letter from the employer with their address, phone number, type of business, student job title and hours of work. We are also required to have written permission from the students parent or guardian giving them permission to work at the business.
Students are also required to have their ORIGINAL birth certificate, drivers license or original baptismal certificate, as well as their ORIGINAL social security card. COPIES OF ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cost of the permit is $10. Completed permits MAY NOT be available for pick up until the following day. If the office isn't open and you need a permit, La Casa in Waukesha also provides them - call 547-0887.

| IF YOU NEED TRANSCRIPTS |

If you need a copy of your transcript sent to you or a college, please mail in the following; your name at time of graduation, the year you graduated, the name and address of the school where you wish the transcript to be sent, along with $1.00 for each transcript request.
